Anandita Jumde2022-06-06I approached Nutrition Tattva after two back-to-back flare-ups of diverticulitis within three months. As a part of my treatment, doctors had put me on a liquid diet for many days and on strong antibiotics for close to a month. I had absolutely no appetite and no energy, and even the simplest food seemed to cause pain and discomfort. That’s when Ranjani and her team at Nutrition Tattva stepped in. Ranjani took the time to understand my medical history before customising a plan of action for me. She and her team then guided me through a low FODMAP and elimination diet. We worked closely and had multiple check-ins a day to track discomfort or pain and to arrive at a list of possible trigger foods. The plan also focused on healing and improving my gut health, one meal at a time. Today, at the end of six months with Nutrition Tattva, my gut health is vastly improved, my energy levels are back to normal, and I am confident about managing my diverticulitis without letting it rule my life.
