The programme focuses on restoring nutritional balance, reducing fear and anxiety around food, challenging rigid food rules and rebuilding trust with food and the body - without judgement, guilt or diet culture. Nutrition support works best as part of a multidisciplinary recovery team when appropriate, alongside mental-health professionals and medical care.
